Cindy graduated Troy High School in 1992. She returned to Troy, with her husband, in 2003 to raise their family. Cindy has been employed by Washington State University Health and Wellness Services for 13 years.

Cindy enjoys contributing to the community which she calls home. She is a volunteer EMT for the Troy Ambulance and has been secretary on the Troy Preschool board since 2009. She is also involved in the Troy Elementary Parent Group. Outside of work and community obligations, Cindy enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, hunting and fishing.
