Idaho EMS is in the process of revamping their program. They have not had a new patch design in over 10 years. With their new program, they decided to get a new patch for those to wear who will be recertifying under their new program. They had a State wide patch design competition. There were 13 finalists, I believe, and my designs won first AND second places.

These patches are the ones which are embroidered and worn on the shoulder of uniforms worn by First Responders, EMT Basics, EMT Advanced and Paramedics. (My design stays the same on each patch, but the "title" ribbon changes)

"I am proud to be a part of our little town of Troy, so it makes me proud to "put it on the map'!

I want to thank the Good Lord Who generously

gives blessings to each of one us and Who has given me the gift of creativity.

He is the Giver and Preserver of life. Therefore it gives me

GREAT honor to use my artistic

gifts He has given to be used for an organization which also preserves and saves lives."
